Should i bring my I.D.?
Yes, Yes, and, once again, YES! It is Heinold’s policy, in compliance with California law, Business & Professions Code sections 25659 and 25660, that everyone on the licensed premises be 21 years old or over and have a valid I.D. on their person. If you left your home with a credit card, you should have left your home with a valid I.D. If you left your home with your cell phone, you should have left your home with a valid I.D.
Should i bring my family?
First and foremost: no one under 21 is allowed on our property. That includes both inside the Saloon and on our outdoors patio. This is California state law and will be observed at all times. No exceptions. Ever.
Aside from the age restriction, Heinold’s offers a unique history that anyone (over the age of 21 years) can appreciate. A true relic of it’s time, it’s frequented by locals and travelers alike to this day. Great for everyone over 21!
Dogs & Service animals:
We L.O.V.E. dogs. Unfortunately, our liquor license does NOT allow our furry friends inside of the saloon. You will find we have everything to accommodate dogs outside on our patio including water bowls, free treats, belly rubs and the occasional friend to play with.
Reservations and Parties:
Large groups are absolutely welcome at Heinold's, but due to the small nature of our bar we do not take reservations. Two of our outdoor tables seat six, and the rest between three and four. We do highly encourage any group you might deem "large" to call ahead and let the bar tender(s) know when you'll be arriving.
